I am here to support you beautiful folks out there who might feel like you are fighting a losing battle right now - those who are feeling stuck/trapped, disconnected, overwhelmed, hopeless, or uninspired…

Maybe you are living with a physical health condition or struggling with anxiety or depression. Maybe you feel like you are holding back from living life in a way that energizes and engages you, or perhaps you are feeling disconnected and just can’t find your groove.

Whatever challenge you are facing, I FEEL you, I am HERE for you, and I want to help you find your stoke for life.

I will support you in:

  • Processing your struggle. I hold a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to break down and let it all out. I will offer you empathy, compassion, and love during every step of your journey.

  • Making peace with what is, while holding space for the possibilities that await you: finding the balance between acceptance and hope.

  • Finding your resilience.

  • Discovering what lights you up in this life and nurtures your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

  • Exploring how nature, play, creativity, and curiosity can be incredibly healing and invigorating forces.

  • LIVING, BREATHING, and EXPERIENCING life in a new and refreshing way each day. If we FEEL and ACT vibrant and whole, our body and mind will follow suit.

My Approach

My approach is custom-tailored to the client and the process unfolds according to what is most in alignment with you. Everyone’s healing journey is unique and I want to make sure you feel supported in the way you need and that we help you discover what lights YOU up so much that none of life’s challenges and setbacks can keep you from reigniting your flame!

Going through my own physical and mental health challenges, I understand what it feels like to hit rock bottom and be hanging on by a thread, but I also have discovered how beautiful and meaningful life can be. I can support you on your unique path in working through the tough stuff and finding your passion for life.

I offer both VIRTUAL and IN-PERSON sessions

  • If you live in the Boulder/Denver, CO area and are open to in-person sessions, I’d love to make it happen.

  • If in-person is not possible (or not your jam), I’m excited to work with you virtually as well.

About my unique EXPLORER MINDSET Framework

  • An explorer mindset is a mindset in which we are driven by curiosity, excitement, and a desire to experience and explore the unknown with a sense of adventure.

  • Adopting an explorer mindset will help you tap into your curious and creative mind and find a sense of excitement and adventure in life. By embracing an explorer mindset, you can experience the following benefits:

    • More engagement and productivity in personal and professional life

    • Less stress, overwhelm, and burnout

    • Less anxiety and depression

    • More day-to-day joy, excitement, and energy

    • More courage/ less risk averse (within reason)

    • Greater connection to life, including other people

  • Together, we will help you connect with your inner explorer through:

    • Addressing your fears/hesitations (fear of failure, rejection, the unknown, etc.)

    • Getting curious (creating a daily practice)

    • Getting imaginative (creating a daily practice)

    • Getting playful (creating a daily practice)

    • Getting adventurous

    • Getting connected to humans/nature

I often incorporate NATURE/OUTDOOR experiences in my coaching

  • I have found nature to be an incredibly therapeutic and healing power. It brings out our most true, present, playful, and creative selves.

  • I often take in-person clients outdoors to experience the transformational power of nature — to engage in our senses, get playful, and feel alive. Similarly, I encourage and open the pathway for my virtual clients to do the same (if is in alignment with the client).

  • I have been reaping the benefits of the great outdoors for years. As a very experienced outdoor adventurer, I am well-equipped to deliver healing (and fun!) outdoor/sensory experiences, as well as ideas and ways for the client to implement them on their own.

I’m all about LIVING and EXPERIENCING

  • In a world where so much information is being thrown at us, it can be hard to actually embody what we mentally consume. I’m here to help you take action and embrace the life that resonates most with you.

  • Incorporating sensory experiences into my practice and embracing the present moment—the sights, the smells, the laughs, the connection..this stuff is SO POWERFUL in healing! We will embrace the fun, free self and reignite that child-like spark.

We will explore your personal framework for getting through those ROUGH PATCHES

  • Managing the ups and downs of life is a dance..and a hard one to master at that!

  • I have a fantastic framework for hunkering down and flowing through the toughest times in life (instead of fighting against it). We will explore this framework and, through trial and error, find the implementation and methods that work best for you.

  • Exploring different techniques to embrace being present, curious, playful, and grateful. From blissful meditations that can enable us to re-wire thought patterns in our brains to exercises that open our creative and energetic channels, to discovering our resilience and turning fear into curiosity, we can forge through some heavy stuff!

I aim not only to help get you unstuck and find your inner light. A big part of my approach is also to relate to you, feel for you, appreciate you, and offer you compassion, love, trust and a safe space for you to be YOU. I am 100% in your corner and committed to helping you live the life you’ve imagined for yourself, from the bottom of my heart. I’ve lived it myself and will give you nothing short of everything I have needed and desired in my own healing process.
